Corrigendum to "On the Dimension of the Sheets of a Reductive Lie Algebra"

This note is a corrigendum to a previous article of the author in this journal [On the dimension of the sheets of a reductive Lie algebra, J. Lie Theory 18 (2008), 671--696]. As it has been recently pointed out to me by Alexander Premet, Remark 3.12 is incorrect. We explain in this note the impacts of that error and amend certain of its statements. In particular, we verify that the statement of Theorem 3.13 remains correct in spite of this error.
