How to submit

The manuscripts should be submitted via the editorial platform of the journal.

To submit, an account has to be created by one of the authors (the whole submission procedure usually takes 5-10 minutes). Then, they can simply log in.

Before submitting, please read the sections 'Instructions for Authors' and 'Copyright Notice' below.

Instructions for authors

• The submission has to be prepared in LaTeX and submitted as PDF document. We recommend to use BibTeX for the bibliography.

• The preferred language of publication is English.

• The article should include an abstract of at most 150 words, where formulas and equations should only be used if not avoidable and should be kept to a minimum. No references to the bibliography of the paper should be included in the abstract.

Submission guidelines

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission is an original work, has not previously been published, and is not under consideration for publication by any other journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

• No part of the submission is copied from any other work.

• The content of the submission contains nothing which infringes on anyone's copyright, right of privacy, or other rights.

• All permissions required for any material used from other copyrighted publications have been obtained.

• The journal publishes not more than one paper by the same author per volume

LaTeX template

The usual submission format of an article is the PDF format.

If the article is accepted for publication, all source files (tex or latex, bibtex, illustrations) will be required from the author. The authors are asked to prepare their manuscript using the layout of the journal. A LaTeX template for this purpose can be found here. This template can also be used for initial submissions, but this is not mandatory. Please note that color figures will generally only remain in color in the electronic version, but will be printed in shades of grey in the print version.
